9th Annual Charity Ride SAVE THE DATE!

SAVE THE DATE - Saturday, December 14, 2024

9th Annual Charity Ride is confirmed for Saturday, December 14, 2024! So make sure you mark your calendar and tell your friends because it is the funnest ride of the season!

Cost for the event is minimum donation of $250 per person.

This year’s proceeds are going to CMBGA - Canadian Motorized Backcountry Guides Association (www.cmbga.com) to help get them established and creating a safer recreational playground for all of us!

Last season, in western Canada - snowmobilers and snowbikers made up over 60% of the avalanche fatalities - a trend that has been dominant in the last 10 years as well. The CMBGA is committed to developing a guides training program and set of standards to help our industry bring these numbers down. It is a volunteer , not-for-profit that needs some help to get off their feet. Sledders helping sledders, let’s go!

I recommend getting registered early as this event is a sell-out and a really fun time!

There are prizes and contests through the day, you get to ride with professional guides and athletes, with professional photographers and videographers along to capture the day, and don’t forget about the apres event at TBD with huge raffle table from all our amazing sponsors!

To register:

Email info@laninasledcamp.ca with the following details:

Contact Info (cell and email)

Ability Level

Any friends you want to be paired up with (that are also attending)

And your minimum deposit.

**if you are a business owner and would like to contribute to the charity with a raffle prize, that would be hugely appreciated as well :)

SkiDoo Girls Take on Alaska

Spring of 2022 brought about an exceptionally exciting trip with an exceptional crew of girls. Myself and Tatum Monod along with some of our friends Robin Vangyn and Taylor Godber took on Valdez, AK with a goal of tackling some of the steepest peaks on our sleds. We camped (in tents for 2 weeks), we rappelled, we crashed, we shredded steep pow, we laughed, we almost cried (but didn’t). It was a challenging and extremely rewarding trip thanks to a handful of sponsors including SkiDoo.
